Common Issues:

• *Not finding a good appointment day/time match or have questions?
• Available Days are highlighted in Black. Not Available are highlighted in Grey *availability often 4-6+ weeks away
• Don't have a saddle? select "No Saddle" when prompted

Need assistance booking an appointment?  call us at 403-719-2154 or message us at Contact Us.  Let us know types and numbers of items as well as day(s) and time(s) that work best. We will be in touch, to book you in &/or add you to our cancellation list. 

Appointment Reminders:  3 separate emails will be sent to the email on file.  No Confirmation email? check Spam or call us to correct the email and get your reminders

*1st - Confirmation    *2nd - 1 Week in Advance     *3rd - 3 Days/72 hours

Please REPLY via email 2 Days (48 hrs) prior to the appointment to CONFIRM or CANCEL so we can be prepared for your appointment OR make the spot available for someone else to use

*Cancellation List? Leave a note in the Items list or reply to the confirmation email with your schedule flexibility & dates, times and how much notice you prefer/require.
